As an Entry Level Logistics Sale Manager, you will serve as a liaison between shippers and carriers to secure the transportation of goods. You will be expected to attract and pair new customers with freight carriers, grow your customers, and genuinely care about being a positive contributor throughout the process. We are extremely dedicated to providing you with all the training tools necessary, and as long as you can bring your best attitude, effort, and skills each day, you will be set up for success with us!

• Knowledge of the Logistics Industry is preferred (But Not Required)
• Skillfully negotiate rates with customers for a variety of transportation services
• Manage the day-to-day operation of all accounts and delegate accordingly
• Collaborate with the sales team, and report to Sales Manager routinely
• Entrepreneurial Mind Set..A Go Getter who wants to build their own book of business
• Successfully position Mode One to acquire new business through aggressive lead generation and outbound inquiry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
